Technical Requirements Standard for the Production of Spray Lubricators for Circular Knitting Machines
Component Processing Technology
1. The cutting of metal components shall ensure dimensional tolerance and surface roughness. The surface roughness Ra of the pump inner cavity shall not exceed 1.6μm, and the precision of threaded joints shall comply with design requirements.
2. The welding process for welded parts (e.g., mounting brackets) shall be standardized, with smooth welds free from defects such as incomplete fusion, slag inclusion and blowholes. Stress relief treatment must be conducted after welding.
3. Plastic parts shall be manufactured by injection molding process, followed by deburring treatment. The dimensional deviation shall not exceed ±0.2mm.
4. The spray holes of nozzles require high machining precision, with a hole diameter deviation not exceeding ±0.01mm to ensure uniform spray particles.
Assembly Process Requirements for Spray Lubricators for Circular Knitting Machines
1. The assembly environment temperature shall be controlled within 15℃-30℃ and relative humidity not more than 65%. The workshop shall be clean and dust-free, equipped with special tooling fixtures and metrological testing equipment.
2. All components must be cleaned and dried before assembly to remove surface oil stains, iron filings and impurities.
3. Mechanical assembly shall be strictly performed in accordance with process documents. The coaxiality deviation between the pump body and the motor shall not exceed 0.05mm; rotating parts shall run smoothly without jamming, and the axial movement shall not exceed 0.1mm.
4. Oil pipes shall be connected firmly and sealed tightly. Joints shall be locked with standard fasteners. The pressure test pressure shall be 1.5 times the rated working pressure, with no leakage observed after holding pressure for 5min.
5. Electrical assembly shall follow the electrical schematic diagram. Wire harnesses shall be arranged neatly with insulating protective sleeves. Terminal crimps shall be firm, with grounding resistance not exceeding 4Ω and insulation resistance not less than 2MΩ.
6. After the overall assembly, the appearance shall be finished, with uniform surface coating and consistent color, free from defects such as sagging, pinholes and scratches.
Commissioning Process Requirements
1. After the completion of product assembly, no-load test run shall be carried out for not less than 30min. The motor temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃, and the noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 75dB(A) (measured in accordance with GB/T 3768).
2. Spray performance commissioning shall be conducted under rated working pressure. The spray particle size shall be controlled within 50μm-100μm, with uniform spray coverage and no local liquid accumulation or omission. The fuel injection volume error shall not exceed ±5%.
3. The control system shall be commissioned. The timing function error shall not exceed ±1s, and the fault alarm function shall be sensitive and reliable. When simulating faults such as nozzle clogging and oil pipe leakage, the equipment shall give an alarm and shut down promptly.
Finished Product Performance Requirements
Working Performance
1. The rated working pressure range shall be 0.2MPa-0.6MPa, enabling stable and continuous operation. The adjustable spray volume range shall be 0.5mL/min-5mL/min.
2. It shall be suitable for the operating speed of
circular knitting machines within 5r/min-30r/min, capable of realizing linkage control with the main machine to meet the lubrication requirements of different fabric production processes.
Reliability Requirements
1. The continuous trouble-free operation time of the whole machine shall not be less than 200h, and the cumulative operation time shall reach not less than 5000h before major maintenance is required.
2. The service life of wearing parts (sealing rings and nozzles) shall not be less than 1000h, and they shall be easy and quick to replace.
