2. Limit loose volume verification (1.5 kg air pressure): Keep the air pressure at 1.5 kg unchanged, and loosen the oil adjusting screw to the maximum extent. After tightening the oil adjusting screw, the oil pipe in the oil sight glass should present a continuous and uniform oil flow state without oil cut-off or pulse-type oil supply problems; the injection intensity of the oil nozzles on the oil distribution plate should increase synchronously with the rise of air pressure, with stable injection angle and coverage meeting the equipment lubrication requirements.

- Linked control of air pressure and oil volume: Before debugging, confirm that the air source pressure is stable to avoid distorted oil volume detection caused by air pressure fluctuations. It is recommended to install a pressure stabilizing device after the pressure regulating valve to ensure that the air pressure deviation does not exceed ±0.1 kg during debugging.
- Sealing performance verification: Check the state of seals throughout the adjustment of the oil adjusting screw. If air leakage or oil seepage occurs, replace the sealing ring in a timely manner to prevent air pressure loss from affecting the accuracy of oil volume adjustment.
